Technology In Motion, LLC ("Technmotion," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS/MMS text messaging to communicate with employees and, where applicable, clients regarding scheduling, dispatch, service alerts, and other operational matters ("the SMS Program"). This policy describes how mobile phone numbers and related information collected through the SMS Program are used and protected.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the underlying SMS service (e.g., our SMS platform provider) or as required by law.
Information may be shared with subcontractors that support delivery of the SMS Program itself (for example, our messaging service provider), but never for their own marketing purposes.
Program Description
The Technmotion SMS Program is used to send operational, non-marketing text messages, such as appointment/dispatch notifications, service and support updates, and account or scheduling alerts.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your role and current activity. You may receive up to several messages per week.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier will apply to messages sent and received through this program.
