These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program ("SMS Program") operated by Technology In Motion, LLC ("Technmotion," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Technmotion, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

The Technmotion SMS Program sends operational, non-marketing text messages, including scheduling and dispatch notifications, service and support updates, incident alerts, and account-related messages.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Technmotion related to the SMS Program described above. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment or purchase of any Technmotion service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your role and current activity. You may receive up to several messages per week.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier will apply to messages sent and received through this program. Contact your carrier for details about your specific plan.

Opt-Out and Help

• Reply STOP at any time to cancel further text messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

Supported Carriers

The SMS Program is compatible with most major US mobile carriers. Technmotion is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in these Terms exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the underlying SMS service or as required by law. Changes to the Program

Technmotion reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the SMS Program, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued participation in the SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The SMS Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Technmotion is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile device, carrier, or network beyond our control.
