Wade Wooldridge

CEO



Wade Wooldridge is President and founder of Technmotion. Wade has over 25 years in the technology field designing and implementing complex corporate networks. His vision for Technmotion was to create a company culture such that employees feel empowered to make a difference every day for our customers. Always focusing on employee/customer relations brings the two together to deliver exceptional outcomes. Wade is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and boating with the family. He is married to his wife Jennifer of 20 years. Jennifer is active with volunteer work in the community and schools. They have a son Kyle and daughter Audrey Claire. Both active in sports and everything in the great outdoors.

Ryan Kehoe

Director of IT Operations

Ryan moved from the Washington DC area in 2012 and has been with Technmotion since then. Technology has always been a fascination for him with where we have come from and where we are going with it. Technology changes so fast that it challenges him to continue to learn and work with our partners to help them stay in front of these changes and continue to grow their business.. With their success, comes our success. Ryan is married to Leanna Kehoe. They have two daughters, Paige and Tristann. Ryan enjoys traveling, photography, and mountain biking. Most of all, Ryan loves spending time with his wife and daughters. He grew up supporting the Florida Gators and enjoys watching any Gators event. Go Gators!

Stephanie Johnson

Director of Support Services

Stephanie has excelled in developing a team to offer creative service solutions to our customers in the ever-growing and changing business environment. Stephanie loves looking under the hood, so to speak, discovering what challenges our staff and customers are facing, then finding creative solutions to fix and hopefully future proof these areas. She is actively involved in several national dance fitness communities and soaks up all the knowledge she can find about how and why the body moves and behaves the way it does.

Elaura Aguilar

Director of Business Development

Elaura is a hard worker and passionate about helping people. She has a lot of energy and is always ready to tackle the next challenge. Elaura takes pride in all her projects and is always looking for the satisfaction that the work helps to improve her customer’s goals. When she is not working in the technology world she enjoys running and spending time with her family!

Trey Kendrick

Director of Accounting

Trey has been a part of the team since 2012, and has been in a financing career for 34 years. When he’s not counting beans, you can find him at concerts or discovering new restaurants. Trey loves traveling, he’s traveled to 38 of 50 US states with the furthest place of travel being Ecuador. Trey also enjoys photography and musicals. 

Leanna Kehoe

Senior Project Manager

Leanna Kehoe has been with Technmotion since 2013 and has been a project manager since 2015. Her responsibilities include planning, preparing, executing, and successfully delivering our client’s physical IT needs for their real estate projects. Leanna is a wife and mother of two. Outside of her passion for family and friends, she loves food, travel, real estate, and photography. Leanna’s efforts outside of family and work include poverty alleviation and volunteer work at the police station. More recently, she has spent time learning and promoting the idea of normalizing living with a tone of kindness and being in an ongoing research effort to learn more about healthy living and politics. All of this and being a mother helps her with the role of a project manager in that there is a need for consistent organization, proficient communication, and an encouraging attitude.
